Venice Biennale, digital projection, May 2019.

I am pleased to be part of a large-screen digital presentation at the Venice Biennale the week of May 11, 2019. The images chosen by the judges were of the installation, “Lost Potential”. It consists of about 300 chrysalis-like pods suspended from a web structure attached to the walls and ceiling. The pods were hung in a spiral so that viewers could stand inside and look outward through the threads. My work was chosen through an application and jury process and the presentation includes selected artists from around the world.
